This Great Adventure

This blog is about this great adventure called life.  My life, to be exact -- my life in all its imperfect awkwardness and beautiful wonder.  Most of what I write is just a conglomeration of all the thoughts going on in my head and feelings going on in my heart, with my ideas and experiences sprinkled throughout.  I think the simplest things in life are often the most extraordinary; when we strip life down to its most naked forms -- the feeling of a good stretch, a crisp fall breeze, a child's laughter, the smell of Momma's cooking, bonfires on late summer nights, a lover's touch, the unwavering support of a best friend -- it's then that we can see how extravagant this great adventure can really be.
